I offer a fully online and phone counselling service based in Brisbane, Australia, to give you flexibility through health and transport issues, caring duties, and anxiety flare-ups. As long as you’re in a safe and private place with an internet connection, we can talk wherever suits you best. There’s no driving, no search for parking, and no physical waiting room – it all adds up to fewer barriers to therapy.

Research shows that one of the most important factors in the progress of your therapy is finding a counsellor who is a good match for you. To help you decide, I also offer an optional 15 minute free phone consultation.

It can take a while to finally decide to speak to someone, and taking that first step can feel confronting. However, often it can feel like a relief just to know that you’ve finally got someone to talk to about the burden you’ve been carrying. So when you’re ready, reach out by email here. 🙂
