Compassionate counselling
for sensitive souls
Life can be difficult. But have you noticed how we often make it so much harder than necessary? As overthinkers, perfectionists and highly sensitive people, we tend to add layers of stressful thoughts on to our experiences. These constant thought loops can lead to anxiety, indecision, self-blame, regret, shame and hopelessness. Of course, all this can negatively affect our work, relationships and health. We might even wonder why we keep doing this to ourselves, but it can seem so hard to break the cycle…
However, you’ve already taken an important step towards freedom by noticing just how much suffering those unhelpful thoughts are causing you. As a counsellor, this is where I can help. You can find a lot of clarity when someone outside of your situation listens and understands. And I’ll always respect that you’re the expert in your own life. I’ll show you how to apply gentle curiosity towards your situation, and teach you to practice real kindness towards yourself.
My office is based in Brisbane, Queensland, but I run all my counselling sessions online or by phone to give my clients maximum convenience. I know you deserve happiness, confidence, purpose and peace. So contact me to map a path towards a brighter future.
