Compassionate counselling

for sensitive souls

Life can be difficult. But have you noticed how we often make it so much harder than necessary? As overthinkers, perfectionists and highly sensitive people, we tend to add layers of stressful thoughts on to our experiences. These constant thought loops can lead to anxiety, indecision, self-blame, regret, shame and hopelessness. Of course, all this can negatively affect our work, relationships and health. We might even wonder why we keep doing this to ourselves, but it can seem so hard to break the cycle.

However, you’ve already taken an important step towards freedom by noticing just how much suffering those unhelpful thoughts are causing you. If you resonate with what you read here, you’re likely someone who is looking for a partnership of equals to explore what’s going on for you, and the way through it. You know that you can find clarity when someone outside of your situation listens and understands. My style of counselling respects that you’re the expert in your own life, and will help you to apply gentle curiosity and kindness towards your situation and yourself.

I am based in Brisbane, Queensland. Please note that in order to minimise barrriers of accessibility, cost and convenience, I run all my counselling sessions online or by phone.

I believe you deserve happiness, confidence, purpose and peace. Contact me to map a path towards a brighter future.
